Jaussi Family Reunion

I was in charge of the Jaussi Family Reunion this year, and I have to say I nailed it!

We spent one day at Lava Hot Springs playing in the water, the next day we went camping at Camp Cumorah (the girls camp I went to when I was in Young Women). We had all of the family there and had such a fun time playing together.

 Me and my boys at the swimming pool. We set up sunshades and lawn chairs and had the pool be our basecamp for the day. The Lava Hot Springs pool was so nice and the kids absolutely loved swimming and jumping off of the platforms all day.

In addition to the pool they have an awesome river that goes through town that you can float down. So we rented four tubes and would trade off floating down. We all loved it! Here is Hallie and Aiden getting ready to go.

 At the beginning of the river float is a hot pool! It is right in the river so we pulled off and had a soak. Here is my dad enjoying life.

We would switch off staying at the pool with the little ones and floating down the river. Here I am with Cayson who was my boy while his parents had their turn.  He is so cute!

They have three platforms you can jump off that are super high. This is me, Shane and Tricia on the first platform and guess who the only one who dared to jump off was? Me!! Those two chickened out.

Here is a shot of Jack jumping off of the second one! He was so brave I didn't do the second one. The only two to jump off of the highest one was Natalie and Hallie. Way to go girls!

One last picture of the river here is Aiden surfing his way down with me. I kicked him off to Russell tube soon after this because he kept falling on me.

We did this reunion right after our hike in Yellowstone. So we had a fun 10 days of playing. I will post more pictures of the reunion later.
