After the farewell we had all of the Jaussi's over to our house for a New Year's Eve party. 

It was a big day of family and love and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

It was on New Year's Eve.

We had a combined farewell with Paige. It worked out so perfectly

It was decorated so cute!

The place was packed with people who love our girls. I don't even think this shows half of the people.

Paige and Eliza even had three teachers from their elementary school come and support their day!

We made pulled pork sandwiches and had salads, chips and treats. 

Eliza and Paige gave such wonderful talks. You could feel the Spirit so strong.

California and Texas are getting the best of the best with these two missionaries!!!

Christmas Day

Santa Came!!

Two out of three are awake. Merry Christmas Aiden Eliza and Jack!

I got the best surprise! I thought Eliza had lost my jacket forever and Russell found it in the garage and wrapped it up for me! The best!!

Russell was good this year so he got some presents too!

I made Eliza a photo book to take with her on her mission.

It made her cry.

Aiden has wanted a Sundance hoodie forever. Today was his day!

Russell got two pack rafts

He is ready for the next adventure! We also got two new electric scooters.

Everyone was very happy on Christmas and it was so nice to all be together!

 

Christmas Parties

The Liston's have their party on December 23rd every year.

And every year we dress with pieces of fabric to represent the nativity.

I don't get it, but it's tradition

Bits and Pieces of December

We had a busy December.

Aiden and Saige went to a Nativity Play in St George

Eliza came home from college!

We went to the temple and it was so fun.

We went to the City Center park and saw the lights

Russell and I made this delicious wedge salad for our annual friend Christmas Party

We went back to the City Center Park another night and rode the train.

He got his drivers license.

Yay for mom too! I don't have to drive him all around town any more :)

Russell smoked up so many wings and they loved them

Then on Sunday he played a game with Grandma.

He really partied for his 16th!
