A Bit of Summer

We have had a fun summer for sure! Here are a few pictures of some of the activities we have been doing, but there are more to come!

 Eliza and Paige in matching swimsuits and googles had a great time swimming on the swim team this summer. 

 Jack helped his Grandpa and Dad poor a cement driveway at Grandpa's house. He is such a hard 

worker.

 Grandpa, Jace, Jack, Troy and Gabe the Bolo Tie boys. I don't think we are cowboys but for some reason they all get a bolo from their Grandpa and wear them to church!

Aiden taking after his mom and working as a lifeguard! He has spent his summer at the Scera pool making money and getting tan.

 Eliza also got a little job this summer as a volunteer at the Scera Movie Theater. She took tickets, handed out popcorn and cleaned on Thursday afternoons. She was paid in popcorn and pop.

My little fish did swim team again this year. Here is Jack getting ready to swim. He was brave and raced the IM which is butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle. It is a hard race and he did great.

 Eliza dominated the breaststroke and backstroke this year. Taking first place most of the races, and never finishing below third! She is fast.

We got two knew additions to the family.  Our beloved bird Beaky passed away so we needed not just one to replace him but two. Canary is the white bird and Arrow is the green bird. Aiden has been taking the time to train them.

 Our cousins Abbie and Jace came to stay for a few days, so we went to an outdoor movie at the Scera Shell and Paige joined us.

 We went hiking and found snow on the trail and ate yummy suckers.

 We also went swimming at the pool. We had a great time with two extra kids.

 We have done a few family hikes this summer so far.

Eliza has mowed the lawn like a champ in her pink boots all summer. 

 Eliza and I got to go to Girl's Camp together and it was so much fun. We went to Heber Valley Girl's Camp and it is such a nice camp.

We had the Jaussi clan come together for a bar b que at Jane's house. Here are cute cousins Maelee, Eliza, Abbie and Hallie.

 Tricia, me, Aiden and Maelee. It was such a fun night. Jean and Jane totally spoil us.
