For the last three or four years we have done an overnight backpacking trip with Layne and Joleen and their family and our neighbors the Johnson's.
Sometimes there are a lot of us and other times it is a smaller party. No matter the size it is always one of the favorite trips of the summer.
We had to hike in a little later than the rest of the group because Jack had a soccer game
We sleep at Dean Lake and then hike to Notch the next day for cliff jumping and fishing
