The weekend after my surgery was conference weekend.
So between the Sunday Sessions we decided to take a drive and walk up Buffalo Peak.
This tree was on fire. It matched my jacket.

I love Eliza and Jack so much.
Russell is pretty great, too!
A nice lady took our picture.
I love to see the kids walking down the trail together.
Then as we were driving home down the bumpy road we got a flat tire! We had some nice people stop and help us. You gotta love a $600 (cost of the new tires) leaf peeping session.
