Eliza Turned 13

We have another teenager in the house! Eliza turned 13 on January 3rd.

She is so cute and is having such a great time being a 7th grader this year.

Eliza and I went shopping at the mall on her birthday and she got some fun things from Bath and Body works and she treated us to a Swig. Then we had a fun family party. She got a new bedroom set, bed, dresser and night stand and with it a room makeover. She was done with her four year old pink bed room. Time to bring it up to a teen's standards. She also got some nail polish and the best thing a phone! She also got money from both sets of Grandparents which she loved, because this girl loves to go to the mall!

Eliza got to choose where we went to dinner and so we met Jean and Jane at Chik Fil A. And they gave her two cute jackets!

The real party was a couple of days later. She had some friends over to Grandma Liston's upstairs party room to make pizza's, have a chocolate fountain, play games and be silly.

Here is the chocolate fountain with marshmallows, graham crackers, hot lips, pound cake, strawberries and pretzels. They each made their own mini pizza and really liked that.

Here they are enjoying dinner and Bubble Talk

They spoiled her with so many cute presents. She loved it.

We played a lap game, Pictionary, and at the end some boys crashed the party.

She has a really cute group of friends. And I am grateful for that.
I love Eliza so much. She is growing up to be such a wonderful person. She is smart, funny and nice.
Happy Birthday!
