Party in Utah

My niece Makia turned 5 on March 1st and she wanted to come and see "my Utah cousins" for her birthday. So her mom and dad brought her down for the weekend. And I hope it was all she dreamed of!

We went swimming at the Provo Rec Center. Here I am with Colette, Cayson and Cameron in the lazy river.

Here is my brother Curtis. At one point after  he took off his leg and hopped up three flights of stairs to go down the waterslide! I think my brother is amazing.

Here is swimming Aiden. He and Jack were doing front flips off of the diving platform all morning.

Here is the birthday girl Makia! She is so sweet and it was so fun to celebrate her fifth birthday. With the Jaussi's living in Idaho we don't get to do a lot of the celebrations with them so this was extra special.

Jace looking like a fish underwater!

Abbie, Eliza, Makia and Maelee had a great day playing with each other.

 Curtis and Cameron

Tricia and Hallie, the non swimmers. How cute!

The birthday girl! After we went swimming we came back to our house for pizza, cake and ice cream. After that we went to the Bean Museum, came home watched a movie, played games and went to Swigs. I think we did it all!

The cousins (excluding Natalie who thought she better study for the ACT) Jack, Maelee, Jace, Makia, Abbie, Eliza, Aiden, Hallie and Cameron. I guess Cayson was taking a nap. We did miss our other cousins Bowen, Eberlee (Idaho) and Bennet (Colorado).

It was such a fun weekend! My mom and dad had been down just a few days before to spend time with us as well. They saw Jack's first grade program, Eliza's county parade and Natalie's play. We love having our family from Idaho come and play with us.
