My sister in law Colette's family owns this beautiful cabin in Island Park and they let us use it for the weekend. It was so nice of them! It was the perfect place to party. (Tricia I stole the next couple of pictures from your blog so if they look familiar...)
Here is the party (minus my Uncle Mark's family they had already left). We played games, went boating, road jet skis, went four wheeling and talked. Some of the party even saw a bear (I was one of them!)
Cute cousins... Abbie, Eliza, Jace and Maelee. Life jackets were required whenever the kids went outside. We were just steps from the lake.
Aiden tried to water ski! I was proud of him for trying. Although after the first attempt he quit because he swallowed a lot of water, that according to him was full of "poop and bacteria".
My mom and dad had all of their grand kids there and they took them for a bird watching adventure one morning. It was so cute, each one found a bird with their name on it. Here is Liza with her bird.
Here are the bird watchers. It's not a great shot, the sun was in their eyes and nobody is looking at the camera but at least they are all together!
Natalie and Aiden on a tube ride. Uncle Curtis took them on a million rides over the weekend. Thanks Curt!!
Russell and I in the lake. I was excited when Russell said he would jump in with me, he hates water. So we swam around a bit, it was cold but swimable. Russell also wake boarded one night.
Jack and Aiden on the four wheeler. We took quite a few rides around the island and had a great time. It was awesome to be with my family and really hard for me to come home. But I am sure we will do it again before too long!
