The fence and stayed there all afternoon.
And then about 5:30pm these boys couldn't resist anymore and poked it with a stick. Then Mr. Batty (as Eliza called him) decided he'd had enough and left. I kept the umbrella open all night so that it wouldn't come back to it's cave. So far this morning I haven't seen him, so hopefully he is back at the Mitchell's. :)

CrEEpYYYYY!! Bats freak the crap out of me. That's fun for the kids to see, but I'm glad he left :-)
The bat boys sure had fun! Thanks for keeping it at your house!
Were your dreams about bats last night? They make my skin crawl. eeewwww!
Ah! Crazy. I'm glad it didn't bite anyone or something haha.
Yuk! I am glad you didn't panic. Also I love that the boys posed by it.
I heard that bats eat mosquitos. However, I think I would take mosquitos over bats.
I might be crazy, but I think he's kinda cute. Maura would have loved to see your bat, she likes them. Give us a call next time so we can come poke a stick at it too :)
